“My husband and I have bought and sold a little less than 10 homes in our lifetime. Never ever have we had the type of support, commitment, attention to detail, communication, and due diligence that Kim Buyers provided. This was a market where these houses seemed to sell themselves, and our expectations of seeing or hearing from our realtors were low. Very low. We based that opinion on the previous homes we have sold and the engagement we've had with realtors in the past. Kim did not rest on her laurels. She dug in and made sure 1. we were comfortable and 'ready' with selling. 2. We were well prepared to do what needed to be done on our part to get ready for the sale 3. Kept in contact to make sure if we needed help she was there 4. Provided contacts to clean and to take care of our lawn as our Lawn Tractor ended up in the shop (both miracles to get these resources as there is a shortage of services these days). 5. Came in and spent a whole day staging our home. Kim ran up and down several flights of stairs all day long, bringing in piles and boxes of decor to turn our home into a showcase. It truly turned into an incredible showcase of a home. She also took the time to convert photos of our home at night to showcase the customized lighting we had into canvas shots so home buyers could see the effects of the lighting at night. My husband was over the moon with Kim's support and engagement throughout the prepping and selling of our home. Kim even offered to bring us dinner the day we were moving the last of the 'stuff' out that we accumulated over the years as we were utterly exhausted and overwhelmed. 6. Kim constantly kept us in the loop with the details we needed to know during the wait time and took the time to ask how we were doing along the way. This was a true partnership without a doubt, and we will yell Kim and Gretchen's names from the rooftops as they were both an incredible duo. I know I'm missing more of what Kim did for us as; the services and kindness she bestowed upon us were immeasurable. Love this woman and what she stands for.
