Kimberly Reagan, Director of Commercial Services

With over 24 years of expertise in the commercial real estate industry including commercial property management, leasing, sales, marketing and investment portfolio management, Kim brings a wealth of experience and proven leadership to our organization. Her resume includes her most recent position of Director of Business Development for Pater Real Estate Management Co. Inc and her past experiences include the former VP of Tenant & Broker Relations for Carlisle Capital Inc., the Director and Principal Broker for R.J. Finlay & Co. Inc. and the Director of Sales and Marketing for EastPoint Properties.

Her outstanding skills in managing contracts, networking, prospecting and fostering tenant, broker and client relationships have earned her a respected place in the Real Estate community. Kim served two terms on The Nashua Business and Industry Development Committee appointed by Nashua’s Mayor. Moreover, her active engagement in organizations such as the New Hampshire Commercial Investment Board of Realtors®, where she serves on the CIBOR Cares Foundation Board and the Rotary Club of Nashua West reflects her commitment to the community.
Beyond her professional achievements, Kim has made significant contributions to various philanthropic causes, volunteering for several different non-profit organizations for more than 30-years. Her longstanding dedication to community service further demonstrates her passion for making a positive impact.
