Refreshing to always see the most current; and old docs are not still forwarded. My only suggestion, especially with such sensitive personal data... would be that RMS services find better software more similar to DotLoop. (We were instructed to sign inaccurate data per document online in order for new documents to be updated. However, old docs weren’t purged. A team working on our file couldn’t find the most accurate document and it was frustrating when you await approval - what information is actually being decided upon.).”
