“I requested info on a house for sale through a website and Matt contacted me in less than an hour to set up a showing for me. I knew immediately the first time we met that he was the Realtor I wanted to work with even though at that point, if memory serves, I don't think he had even sold a property yet, or at least was very upfront that he was new at being a Realtor. That was almost two years ago. I finally closed on a house last month. In those two years Matt assisted with showing me over 50 houses, many of them when either I hadn't received pre-approval yet or it had expired, or we hadn't been in contact for months when life determined the house hunt had to be put on hold. She fully recovered and since then our life paths diverged and we divorced. Through all that upheaval, including a pandemic, Matt understood how it affected the home search, and he was patient and listened as my priorities changed over and over.
