Richard and I have been fortunate to come to New Hampshire and to raise our family here. This state has been our home for many years and we never plan to leave! It is a joy to work with people to find just the right place for them and to settle into a new home and often a new town and help them become part of that community as we did. We built our family business on honesty, integrity, outstanding customer service and hard work. That’s what I bring to you. Being affiliated with a well known and respected name and family-run, local business – Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty - gives me the tools to help you make the right choice in buying a home or selling your current property. I know the market and the southern NH communities.
I was the Executive Director of the Souhegan Valley Chamber of Commerce in Amherst for eight years and served as interim Executive Director at Greater Peterborough Chamber to during a transition period.
Over the years I have served in a number of volunteer capacities with athletic programs and community support. I have been involved in education on a statewide basis, served on the school board that developed and built Souhegan High School and was a director on the Board of the National PTA. Governor John H. Sununu appointed me to his Steering Committee for Excellence in Education. I was honored to be awarded Citizen of the Year 2012 for Amherst and one of the Twenty-Five Outstanding Women in Nashua in 2013 by the Nashua Telegraph. I am a member of the Milford Rotary Club and serve as Assistant Secretary on their Board of Directors. Team Balsama was voted #1 Real Estate Team in the Souhegan Valley Region in 2014, 2015, 2016 and 2017. I have achieved Honor Society status with the BHHS company.
