About Melissa
For as long as I can remember I have loved real estate. I was raised in a home with a father in construction who built high end apartment complexes and a mother who loved to renovate and redecorate our home. I remember I would grab a real estate book anytime we were at a store, and look through it over and over envisioning things that could be done to them. I worked as an Assistant Property Manager for many years, responsible for many complexes. After earning my certification as a Certified Apartment Manager (CAM) over ten years ago, I knew that I wanted to help assist people in finding their dream home. I know how stressful, and sometimes difficult buying or selling a home can be and having the right person by your side can make all the difference. I value the importance of this process and listening to customer's wants and needs to obtain their goals, and am here to make the real estate experience stress free and enjoyable. I truly understand the home buying/selling process, and can bring a unique perspective with my background. I have lived in New Hampshire my entire life and know all the amazing nooks and crannies this state has to offer. I pride myself on being a hard worker and someone who is honest, trustworthy, and knowledgeable in the real estate industry. I am also not afraid to research, or ask questions on things that are beyond my scope of knowledge. I have a huge network of amazing people that open up decades of experience and expertise. I am licensed in New Hampshire. I am a member of the National Association of Realtors and Greater Manchester/Nashua Board of Realtors, and with that bring a high level of ethics and respect.
