About Merle
After over a decade of working in the fire service, Merle is continuing to help people in the Concord area by helping them find their dream home. He will provide you with the highest level of customer service while selling your current home; and/or finding the home of your dreams!
Buyers and sellers do not have to be intimidated by the paperwork and legal jargon involved in real estate transactions. Merle explains each form and contract in plain english. He will give you the latest data and trends on the housing market, and take the time to explain the information, so you can make informed decisions based on facts. Merle has extensive knowledge of the Capitol Area, Lakes Region and Seacoast. He has resided for at least ten years in each of these areas, and knows more than the real estate listings. Merle will help you find the neighborhood with a coffee shop nearby, or a homestead with a pond.
