Michelle Fishwick

I've been drawn to real estate for as long as I can remember. Growing up, I watched my parents purchase, remodel, manage, and sell residential homes and investment properties, which sparked my interest in real estate at a young age. That passion eventually led me to purchase investment properties of my own and serve as an HOA secretary and accountant, giving me firsthand experience in property ownership and management.

After graduating from Saint Anselm College in 1995, I began my nursing career and have proudly called New Hampshire home ever since. For the past 31 years, I've worked as a nurse in the Concord and Southern New Hampshire area, helping people navigate some of life's most challenging and important moments. I believe the skills I've developed through nursing translate naturally to real estate—strong communication, education, advocacy, problem-solving, empathy, and emotional support. Just as I have guided patients and families through important decisions, I am committed to helping my real estate clients feel informed, supported, and confident throughout the buying or selling process.

As a single mother of two daughters, I am especially grateful for the wonderful neighbors, friends, and community members who have supported us over the years. Their kindness has reinforced my belief in the importance of community and the value of feeling at home where you live.
