I came to New Hampshire from Connecticut in the late '80s to attend college in Nashua. Since then I have called New Hampshire home. An early interest in interior design and home staging expanded to a love of real estate specifically in the field of real estate appraisal. I began my appraisal career in 2000 then opened my firm, Appraisal Source, LLC, in 2005. Ever since, I have been valuing New Hampshire homes for purchases, refinances, divorce, tax abatement, and more. Widening my real estate expertise to include selling property was a logical next step. Utilizing my valuation and market analysis experience, I can assist sellers with the establishment of their listing price just as I can assist with buyer negotiations.
My tag line "Valuing New Hampshire Homes" means more to me than the determination of a home's market value. It also means I understand the importance of home ownership and what that means to the fulfillment of your dreams and your future.
I am proud to have been described by clients and colleagues as a detail-oriented, honest, trustworthy, compassionate, and hard-working professional. I am a former Home Health and Hospice volunteer and presently participate in VeraniCARES meaning, with each transaction I complete, a donation is given to local charities in need.
In our off time, Daniel and I spend time in the White Mountains camping and hiking. We are never without our rescue dog, Dakota, who is far better at scaring off the bears than we are! Fishing is another passion of mine. Should you see my vanity plate REELTAH in and around town, give a toot!
Passionate about NH's Lakes Region and Dartmouth-Lake Sunapee Region, I am always excited to sell and appraise those areas.
