Hello, and welcome! My name is Terri Wentzell and it would be my pleasure to help you with any and all of your real estate goals. A little bit about who I am - I have been a nurse for over 25 years now, I love all things health and fitness, I am an author, and I reside in Hampstead NH with my husband, two daughters, our dog and 25 chickens.
People often ask me how I shifted into real estate from nursing. In their minds, the two seem totally unrelated. I completely disagree! And let me tell you why. When you are a nurse, you see people at their most vulnerable. They are going through things that are sometimes the most difficult stress of their entire lives. They are scared, stressed, emotionally drained, and looking desperately for help and sound advice. One of the things I love most about nursing is that I can provide that calming reassurrance and help walk them through whatever they are facing with compassion and sound guidance. I am a caretaker and nurturer to the core. What do people say about selling and buying homes? It can definitely be one of the most stressful and major decisions of their entire life! It can be a rollercoaster of emotions, emotionally draining, confusing, and down right exhausting at times.
