In March 2025, 159 homes were sold, an 8% increase from February but 26% fewer than last year. The median sale price rose to $481,000, up 5% month-over-month and 4% year-over-year. Similarly, the median list price increased to $479,900, a 2% monthly gain and 3% annual increase.
Buyers paid 100% of the asking price, up 1% from February and consistent with last year. Total sales volume reached $91.3 million, a 7% increase from last month but 31% lower than March 2024.
Homes sold faster than in February, spending a median of 16 days on the market, nine days quicker than last month but five days longer than last year. Year-to-date, 479 homes have sold, 50% more than February but 8% fewer than in 2024.
While home prices continue to rise and sales are picking up from winter, overall transaction volume remains lower compared to last year.
