NH Business Review Names Margherita Verani from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty as a 2019 Outstanding Women in Business Award Recipient
Margherita Verani is among six recipients to be honored at 14th annual award reception on Feb. 13
The Ozzie Awards have been an annual tradition since it’s induction in 1997; an event to honor the late founder of Verani Realty, Osvaldo (nicknamed “Ozzie”) Verani. An awards ceremony steeped in tradition, it has always been a beloved event by both the Verani family as well as the agents striving to achieve the award. Each year, Ozzie’s children Margherita Verani, CEO, and Giovanni Verani, President, invite all the top performers from the past year to celebrate their hard work and dedication.
Verani Realty staff, agents, and their special guests gathered for a night of dinner and dancing at the Hilton Hotel in Downtown Manchester on Friday to celebrate the brokerage’s top performers of 2018. The commercial division of Verani Realty ended the night with six awards for members of their team.

Michele Engel of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty has been named the 2017 Lakes Region Board of REALTORs (LRBR) REALTOR® of the Year. Engel was given the award during the Board’s June meeting at Church Landing at Mill Falls in Meredith.
“I am honored to accept this award,” said Engel. “It has been a pleasure working with my fellow REALTORS® in the Lakes Region for the past 20 years.”

Four sales professionals from Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty’s North Andover office were recently recognized as top producers in 2016 by the Northeast Association of REALTORs (NEAR). NEAR individual top producers achieve a minimum of $3.5 million in sales volume or 10 sides, and are ranked according to four categories of Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum.
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty’s (Verani) Somerville office had three of its top agents receive national recognition for their high sales performance.
Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty recently named its Concord location its 2016 Office of the Year and named Team Dunn/Andrews/Kelleher, made up of April Dunn, Joanie Andrews, and Derek Kelleher of the Concord office their #1 top producing team of 2016. The Office of the Year is awarded to the Verani Realty location that achieves the highest percentage of its gross commission income (GCI) goal for the year.
There was no envelope mix up at the annual Ozzie awards held by Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty (Verani), and Andover resident Ricker Miller walked away with the award for being the company’s #1 top producing real estate agent. Miller primarily works out of Verani’s Moultonborough office and has been working in real estate in the Lakes Region for nearly 30 years.
