Our 10th Annual VeraniCARES Food Drive has come to a close, and thanks to the generosity of our agents, staff, clients and local communities, this year's effort made a tremendous impact.
What started as a community fundraiser has grown into one of VeraniCARES' most impactful annual events. This year's Cornhole Tournament brought together agents, local businesses, sponsors, and community members at Tuscan Village in Salem, raising more than $22,000 for Operation Delta Dog and helping provide life-changing service dogs to veterans throughout our region.

Salem, NH - May 17, 2025 - Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty hosted their 2nd annual VeraniCARES Cornhole Tournament benefiting Operation Delta Dog - a nonprofit organization that rescues dogs from high-kill shelters and trains them to be service dogs for disabled Veterans – all at no cost to the Veteran.
At Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty, giving back has always been at the heart of what we do. Since launching VeraniCARES in 2016, we’ve raised over $500,000, donated more than $400,000 back into our communities, and supported over 50 local organizations across northern New England.
Londonderry, NH - December 13, 2024: The holidays are in full swing and it is officially the season of giving! At Verani Realty we have a commitment and passion to give back to the communities who have given us so much through the years. Directly after wrapping up our company-wide Food Drive, our 7th annual Toy Drive kicked off. Hundreds of toys flooded into the Verani Realty offices for the past two weeks to benefit Toys for Tots. On top of our company’s efforts, we also teamed up with The Maids, a fantastic company that serves hundreds of homes throughout Massachusetts and Southern NH and has provided the best cleaning service available for over 25 years. Collectively, we were able to donate more toys than any other year prior!
