Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty Welcomes Manager Deb Sutton

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty (Verani) recently welcomed experienced real estate professional Deb Sutton to its growing management team.

Sutton has been in the real estate industry since 1998, and most recently worked at the Bean Group. Past experience includes co-owner and managing broker for At Home Realty, LLC, which was founded in 2001, and managing broker for the Brin Realty Group Nashua office, which merged with Bean Group in 2015.

“I'm excited to join the Verani management team because we share a common belief in building strong relationships and providing exemplary customer service,” Sutton said. “I was impressed with their dedication to providing support and state of the art tools and services to their agents to ensure success.”

In addition to her work with individual buyers and sellers, Sutton also has experience working with developments. She was a listing agent for Blanchard Pointe, a 121-unit condominium development in Merrimack, NH, and a team member at Annandale on the River, a 55+ Active Adult Community in Litchfield, NH. Selling in a 55+ development inspired her to further her education and become a senior real estate specialist to better service clients and customers at this stage of their lives. She is also an Accredited Staging Professional and a Certified Buyer Representative.

“Deb’s past experience in real estate sales, both as a manager and past owner, and her commitment to customer service stood out to us,” said Giovanni Verani, president of Verani Realty. “We knew she would be a good fit to help our real estate associates meet their goals.”

Sutton’s achievements include member of the Granite State South Board of Realtors® (GSSBR), past co-chair of the Public Policy Committee, member of the Professional Standards Committee, member of the Grievance Committee, and a past member of their Board of Directors; member of the National Association of Realtors®; and member of the NH Association of Realtors®. She is also an active volunteer for Great American Downtown in Nashua, an organization that promotes local businesses and the revitalization of the beautiful downtown area.

When Sutton is not helping buyers and sellers, she is a passionate artist, specializing in oil pet portraits, landscapes, and florals.
