Verani Realty is excited to announce that Chadd Dempsey Real Estate Experts is joining the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Verani Realty brokerage network.

The Dempseys have been a fixture in the local residential real estate market since 2004, focusing on Bedford, Bow, Londonderry, Manchester, Hooksett, Goffstown, Merrimack and Auburn. The team includes Chadd Dempsey, Caren Dempsey, Mark Hammond, and Anne Anctil.

The team is known for building lasting relationships with their clients. Prior to entering real estate, Chadd Dempsey worked in health club sales and as a certified personal trainer.  Caren Dempsey was a registered nurse. Hammond has been in the sales arena for over 30 years, and Anctil has made a career of helping others in different administrative roles. Their backgrounds have given them extensive client relationship experience, which is the backbone to their successful business. Their motto is “We are in the business of helping people. We just happen to sell houses.”

The Dempsey Team has built a business that is 70% referral based by building strong relationships after the transaction.  They hold three to four client events a year, to include giving homemade pies at Thanksgiving, private showings of movie premieres, and apple picking in the fall, just to name a few.
